How does the per-minute overage work?

Each plan includes a set number of answered minutes per month. If you go over, additional minutes are billed at your plan's per-minute rate — Starter $0.75, Growth $0.55, Pro $0.40. The higher your retainer, the lower your per-minute cost.

Do I have to pay anything to sign up?

No upfront card required. Pick a plan, fill out a short form, and we'll send you an onboarding email with a link to book your setup call. Billing is set up inside your TradeVoice platform account once your agent goes live. Depending on the level of customization you need, a one-time setup fee may apply — we'll confirm on your onboarding call before anything is charged.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes — all plans have a 2-month minimum subscription. This covers the cost of building, tuning, and launching your agent. After that you're month-to-month and can cancel anytime.

How does the booking link work?

You provide your own booking link — Calendly, Cal.com, Jobber, Housecall Pro, or whatever you already use. When a caller wants to schedule, the AI texts them your link so they can pick a time. This is included on all plans at no extra cost.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade between plans at any time. Most customers start on Starter and move up once they see the call volume.

Does it work with my existing phone number?

Yes. You forward your business line to us. Your customers call the same number they've always used.

How fast can I be live?

Most setups go live within 2–3 business days of completing onboarding.
